My eldest daughter Candyd Lace just got a full time job. On Monday June 15 will be her first day. This is what I say to her when I say
Candyd, be sincerely thankful for having a job. Feel that gratefulness with so much joy in your heart. Feeling joyfully grateful is like igniting a fire inside you to give to the world the best you can.
Why is that?
When you are IN JOY, you will show up with EASE. As you do your job, a welcoming SMILE will always be seen and heard from your voice. Sincerity in your service will be felt by your customers and also the people you work with. As a result EXCELLENT service will be DELIVERED. They will feel highly respected and feel valued. If you are a customer would it be great if you would be treated that way?
Giving the best you can to the world will put you in a position to joyfully stand out. A sincere service with a smile will give you the competitive edge to WIN.
