The first scene, I did not address her. I did not call her name.
On the second one, I addressed her by calling her name. And guess what, Holly is so quick to response. Ahh, there is magic in calling names. Do you noticed when someone calls your name. What do you do? How do you feel.
So, call people by their first name.
